They really did make the process of selling my Brazilian T2 VW Kombi extremely painless. They marketed it very well and handled all the enquiries and other stuff. Simon and Ollie couldn’t have been more helpful, giving information, advice, and guidance.

There was no pressure, no attempt to steer us towards a more expensive model, and none of the usual car dealer games.

The van was serviced and tested for us in less than a week, and we were given a comprehensive handover, including extensive history of the vehicle, maintenance advice, and a demonstration of the features.

Initially they helped me scope out the van's issues and make a plan for rectifying them. Initially, I started with small things, but unfortunately the extremely old engine I had gave up and I had to have a new one fitted via Absolute. Owning a classic van is a dream for many people, I know it was for me. However, it can be incredibly stressful, time-consuming and expensive. Absolute have helped me manage the process and have always gone over and above to help me. For example, I've had issues on 3 separate trips and have called Absolute in a state of panic and they've helped me over the phone. They had absolutely (no pun intended), obligation to do so, no monetary incentive and never asked for anything in return. In a world where 'monetising' is everything, I've always felt that Absolute were honest, professional and really passionate about building long term relationships with their customers.
