Absolute VW was founded in 2006 by Simon Kerr.  The aim then – and still now – was to deliver a service based on three core values; quality workmanship, attention to detail and customer satisfaction.  After years of building an incredible breadth of knowledgeable and a superior team focused on delivering a quality level of service, Absolute VW are now the leading specialists of their sector in the Midlands.  

Since founding, Absolute VW has distinguished itself as a specialist in classic Volkswagens, Transporters, camper vans, and air-cooled vehicles manufactured by Volkswagen and Porsche.  Our comprehensive range of services encompasses everything from complete restorations to routine maintenance and servicing.  Whatever your needs may be, rest assured that we possess the expertise and capability to fulfil them.

Between 2006 and 2023, Absolute VW operated from its premises in Castle Donnington. Since 2023, the business has transitioned to its newly refurbished and fully equipped bespoke workshop spanning 2,500 square metres, situated in Shardlow, Derbyshire.
