This camper-converted short wheel base Volkswagen T6 Transporter Highline is a standout example, being a late 2015 model, one of the first T6s to hit the UK road. With just 56,000 miles on the clock, it boasts incredibly low mileage for its age. Altogether, this sets the sweet spot for a well-equipped camper van, offering both T6 appeal, practicality and great value for adventures ahead.
The interior is outfitted with furnishings that include built-in twin gas hobs, gas grill, sink with a water tap, fridge, Webasto heater, and ample storage cupboards. The rear ¾ bench functions as a two-seater with seatbelts and also folds out into a bed, with an additional bed located in the roof, making this camper van a 4-berth. The pop-top roof is equipped with a canopy featuring three window openings. Spotlights illuminate the interior, ensuring there is sufficient lighting when darkness falls. There are four electrical sockets, including two 12v USB charging ports and two 240v 3-pin sockets. For those with furry family members, an extending dog gate is installed just inside the sliding door, which can be easily removed.
All of the interior camping equipment is controlled via the Camper King control panel, which also provides readings for the leisure battery charge, vehicle battery charge, water tank level, and indicates when split charging and mains hookup is active. The hookup point and water refill cap are positioned on the offside of the camper van’s exterior.
At the front, the passenger seat features a swivel base, and a retrofitted reversing camera is mounted to the centre console. As standard, this T6 comes equipped with air conditioning, cruise control, DAB radio, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity.
Moving to the exterior, the camper benefits from a Dometic roof mounted side awning and a Fiamma two-bike carrier mounted to the rear barn door. It also features black multi-spoke aftermarket wheels and sits subtly lower on Eibach lowering springs.
As an added bonus, the sale includes an Outwell Lakecrest drive-away awning, wheel levelling chocks, a front and side window exterior cover, two water-resistant seat covers from Dub Seat Glove, and the private registration plate with the camper van.
